These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you ("User") and Chrono Collectible ("we/us"), applicable to interactions on our website and purchases made through Chrono Collectible.

1. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Orders become binding once we confirm your purchase via email. We reserve the right to refuse orders for various reasons, including but not limited to, order errors or product unavailability.
Full payment is required for order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a full refund.

2. Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Payment must be completed before product dispatch.
Incorrect pricing due to errors will result in order cancellation and refund.

3. Delivery

We deliver to the address specified in your order, excluding PO Box addresses. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
You assume responsibility for the products once delivered. Ownership transfers upon full payment receipt.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept free returns for orders over $200, provided the return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be in their original condition. Refunds, including initial shipping costs, will be processed in the original payment form within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For international shipments, due to the collectible nature of our items and international shipping and customs regulations, all sales are considered final once an order has been released for shipment.

5. Liability

Products are intended for personal use only. We are not liable for any commercial losses.
Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the purchase price of your products.

6. General

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chrono Collectible. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms without prior notice.
