  • Full payment is required for order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a full refund.

2. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Payment must be completed before product dispatch.

  • Incorrect pricing due to errors will result in order cancellation and refund.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver to the address specified in your order, excluding PO Box addresses. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • You assume responsibility for the products once delivered. Ownership transfers upon full payment receipt.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept free returns for orders over $150, provided the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be in their original condition. Refunds, including initial shipping costs, will be processed in the original payment form within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Liability

  • Products are intended for personal use only. We are not liable for any commercial losses.

  • Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the purchase price of your products.

6. General

  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chrono Collectible. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
